  • Deep Stretch & Mindful Meditation
  • This yoga experience focuses on deep stretches (Yin tradition) and increasing flexibility. Curious about the benefits of meditation? This class also incorporates mindful guided meditation techniques in a non-intimidating way to release stress, sharpen focus, and enable total relaxation. After incorporating this practice into your yoga routine, you will no doubt see improvements, body and mind. Great for athletes, on-the-go yogis and anyone looking for a quiet, calm space to practice and do a little soul searching.  (1 hour; Intensity Level 1)


  • Deep Stretch & Extended Mindful Meditation
  • This yoga experience focuses on deep stretches (Yin tradition) and increasing flexibility. For those looking to unwind and become more mindful, this version of our Deep Stretch Class has an extended 10-15 minute guided meditation at the end of class. Learn to get comfortable in stillness with guided meditation techniques presented in a non-intimidating way to release stress, sharpen focus, and enable total relaxation. After incorporating this practice into your yoga routine, you will no doubt see improvements, in both body and mind. Great for athletes, on-the-go yogis and anyone looking for a quiet, calm space to practice and do a little soul searching. (70 minutes; Intensity Level 1)

  • Restorative Yogis
  • Relax and renew. This class emphasizes the calming of the nervous system and teaches the art of relaxation. Your body will learn to surrender allowing soft tissue injuries to heal, muscles to release, minds to quiet and deepen physical openings. Melts away tension and restores vitality. An opportunity to be still, relax and let go! All levels welcome. (1 hour; Intensity Level 1)

  • Yin Yogis
  • Want to really increase your flexibility? Come to Yin Yogis...postures are held for 3-5 minutes in order to stretch connective tissues which allow for deeper flexibility. Postures are held to allow gravity time to take effect while focusing on relaxing into the pose. Yin yoga reduces stress and anxiety, increases circulation and flexibility, improves joint mobility, and balances the mind and body. All levels welcome!

  • Props, Power & Foundation
  • Want to truly grow in your practice? Introducing the power of PROPS! Props such as blocks, straps, and towels can enhance the sensation of every pose while allowing you to find stability and proper alignment. In this essential class, learn to properly use props during your practice in order to build a strong, powerful foundation.
