Sarah trained under Cheryl Oliver and Nicolle Callahan in 2017 through We Yogis 200hr YTT program. She first turned to yoga to compliment her running schedule and fell in love with the practice. Sarah loves truly being a student of the practice and it's ability to constantly change and evolve with time. When teaching she emphasizes the physical practice; challenging both body and mind. Her classes are fun, not so serious and always to a killer playlist. She is a North Carolina native and moved to Dallas in 2011. When off her mat you'll find her leading a sales team at a software company, Call Box, spending time with her golden retriever or cheering on the Tar Heels!

Integrate breath, movement, alignment, strength and flexibility for a true Vinyasa experience. This uplifting and energizing class is suitable for beginners and challenging for practicing yogis. Class is practiced in a warm room (83-85 degrees) with no added humidity. (1 hour)
Practice in this open-level vinyasa flow with optional inversions set to upbeat, current music. This rockin class turns up the heat through an energetic vinyasa practice where you will develop flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. You will be challenged by traditional and creative sequences with modifications offered throughout the class if you are newer to the practice or simply want to take it down a notch. Be ready to sweat as you link your breath to the flow. This Rockin flow is appropriate for all who are physically fit; Previous yoga experience recommended. (65 min; Intensity Level 1/2, Room is Heated)
