My classes are a blend of Ashtanga and Hatha styles that allows the spirit to play, the mind to calm and the body to become a temple. My intention is to create acknowledgement without judgment; encouragement and constant development and growth. I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and leading Yoga Teacher Training Programs since 2010. Yoga provides me with inspiration and excitement for life; I translate this inspiration and zest thru challenging, creative classes along with fun music that helps to bring out the fearless warrior in you and opens the door to discover your inner beauty and grace.

Practice in this open-level vinyasa flow with optional inversions set to upbeat, current music. This rockin class turns up the heat through an energetic vinyasa practice where you will develop flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. You will be challenged by traditional and creative sequences with modifications offered throughout the class if you are newer to the practice or simply want to take it down a notch. Be ready to sweat as you link your breath to the flow. This Rockin flow is appropriate for all who are physically fit; Previous yoga experience recommended. (65 min; Intensity Level 1/2, Room is Heated)
Deep Stretch & Mindful Meditation
This yoga experience focuses on deep stretches (Yin tradition) and increasing flexibility. Curious about the benefits of meditation? This class also incorporates mindful guided meditation techniques in a non-intimidating way to release stress, sharpen focus, and enable total relaxation. After incorporating this practice into your yoga routine, you will no doubt see improvements, body and mind. Great for athletes, on-the-go yogis and anyone looking for a quiet, calm space to practice and do a little soul searching. (1 hour; Intensity Level 1)
Power Flow 45-min
Get your flow on in under an hour! This 45 minute power flow is a heated vinyasa class for the yogi-on-the-go. Work your core, salute the sun, and zen out in Savasana, all in 45 minutes.
Integrate breath, movement, alignment, strength and flexibility for a true Vinyasa experience. This uplifting and energizing class is suitable for beginners and challenging for practicing yogis. Class is practiced in a warm room (83-85 degrees) with no added humidity. (1 hour)
Relax and renew. This class emphasizes the calming of the nervous system and teaches the art of relaxation. Your body will learn to surrender allowing soft tissue injuries to heal, muscles to release, minds to quiet and deepen physical openings. Melts away tension and restores vitality. An opportunity to be still, relax and let go! All levels welcome. (1 hour; Intensity Level 1)
We Slow Flow
This beginner/open level sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. You will learn the fundamental postures and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice. This class is a Vinyasa series, meaning breath is linked to movement, and set to music. This yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga or those who want to slow it down (including Prenatal Yogis). Class is practiced in a room with no added humidity. (1 hour; Intensity Level 1/2)
