Diana always knew she would want to teach yoga someday after opening We Yogis in 2012. In 2013-2014, she joined We Yogis first teacher training program with Julie Boyd and Cheryl Oliver as their guides. Diana completed her training in 2014, and has been teaching at We ever since. "As my teachers say, it's not yoga perfect, it's a practice." There is no judgement, no comparison, no achievement. Just enjoy the journey of mind, body, and spirit in each one of Diana's classes. Diana Rodgers instructs the following:
Integrate breath, movement, alignment, strength and flexibility for a true Vinyasa experience. This uplifting and energizing class is suitable for beginners and challenging for practicing yogis. Class is practiced in a warm room (85 degrees) with no added humidity. (1 hour)
Practice in this open-level vinyasa flow with optional inversions set to upbeat, current music. This rockin class turns up the heat through an energetic vinyasa practice where you will develop flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. You will be challenged by traditional and creative sequences with modifications offered throughout the class if you are newer to the practice or simply want to take it down a notch. Be ready to sweat as you link your breath to the flow. This Rockin flow is appropriate for all who are physically fit; Previous yoga experience recommended. (65 min; Intensity Level 1/2, Room is Heated)
