Charlotte has been practicing yoga since 1998 when she took a stress reduction class in college and fell in love with the yoga tradition. After graduating from college, Charlotte moved to London where she continued to practice Ashtanga and Bikram yoga while attending Montessori College. In 2008, after experiencing an easier pregnancy, labor and delivery with the support of a regular yoga practice, Charlotte took her yoga teacher training, specializing in prenatal and children's yoga. As a Montessori teacher at St. James Montessori School for six years, Charlotte used her yoga skills in her pre-k classroom, coordinated the yoga curriculum for teachers to use in their rooms and taught weekly classes to the 4,5 and 6 year olds. She has been teaching prenatal yoga for almost six years and is currently expecting her third child. Yoga has been the grounding force for an active, happy life with her husband and children. She loves sharing her practice with kids of all ages and helping expectant and postpartum mommies feel strong, balanced and beautiful!
