Molly Sorg

Molly was introduced to yoga in 2009 by a friend and fellow runner. What started as a cross-training activity quickly turned into a passion and, in less than a year, Molly dropped the running but kept the yoga. Yoga offered something different - it both energized and calmed the mind, and the dynamic flow was never dull. Inspired by the changes yoga brought to her life - both physical and spiritual - Molly pursued her 200-hour yoga alliance certification under the guidance of Susie Caicedo with Organic Soul. She teaches a fast-paced vinyasa flow designed to bring out your playful side. Meet her on the mat and be prepared to laugh, smile, and reconnect to your intentions.

Sally Dire

In 2010 I cautiously took my first yoga class with Joseph Stingley, after continually seeing 120 eager and dedicated students wrapped around the block each Saturday morning, waiting to get into the gym's studio. After years and years of intense physical activity, as well as years of addictive and unfulfilling behaviors, I wanted to connect to something deeper. I was instantly moved by this dance like moving meditation. He told me I would soon be teaching.

What kept me coming back to class? Learning to practice, not perform. Learning to know when to step back, and when to trust myself and push past fear, how to be in the moment without reacting- these are gifts I continually receive from practicing yoga- and gifts I authentically strive to share through teaching. In 2011-2012 I completed my 200hr certification through the guidance of Joseph Stingley. I enjoy teaching a powerful vinyasa flow, focused on alignment and breath control that pushes boundaries yet leaves you feeling balanced, energized and uplifted.

Merritt Russ

Merritt is a CYT-200, having completed her Vinyasa training under Nicolle Callahan, Susie Caicedo & Cheryl Oliver; her talented teachers being rooted in the Ashtanga method mean Merritt's training came with authenticity and tradition. Merritt's goals for her students are to build a lifelong practice through understanding fundamentals, using proper, safe alignment and ensure each practitioner feels accomplished and balanced after each experience, learning something new each class. Merritt's love of travel and discovering new things mean that the music will always be new and exciting, and tidbits of knowledge from attending classes around the world will be weaved into sequences. Merritt lives in Dallas with her husband, two children, and two fur babies, with whom she likes to practice her sequences before teaching.

Georgette Dunn

Georgette Dunn Shropshire often jokes; that her bubbly personality ironically led her to leave her first yoga class before it really started! She wasn’t ready to witness the real power one gains when they slow down and listen; but that inner voice became loud and clear and she returned to yoga in 2005 and it felt like a home coming party! Like many yoga practitioners; she felt a sense of joy and peace that she never gained through any other form of fitness and she was hooked – line & sinker. In an effort to stop waiting for the “perfect” time and to go ahead and stop day dreaming; she happily enrolled and completed her 200HR power yoga teacher training in 2001. Georgette’s style of teaching comes from a place of joy, strength and freedom to be completely yourself! From the moment you enter her class, she hopes to remind you that you are phenomenally made and able to take your practice to any place you dare to go!

Kaleigh Walker

Kaleigh Walker's background in and love for dance led her to try her first yoga class in 2006. She quickly realized the profound physical and mental benefits that could be achieved with a regular practice and became hooked! Since then, she's immersed herself in studying and practicing the fundamentals of yogic philosophy, completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification at YogaHop in Santa Monica, CA in 2008 and Corepower Yoga in Los Angeles, CA in 2011. Kaleigh blends a mixture of basic yogic fundamentals with creative sequencing and uplifting music to motivate her students to further deepen and develop their own individual practice. Expect to challenge your strength and balance, develop a deeper mental clarity and experience a new found sense of achievement and purpose each time you come to Kaleigh's class. In addition to teaching yoga, Kaleigh is also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and a Lululemon Ambassador. After nearly 10 years in Los Angeles, Kaleigh has relocated to Dallas to share her passion for all things healthy! Susie Carp

Yoga found me as I was trying to downshift from corporate lawyer to stay at home mom of three. A vinyasa yoga tape appeared as a gift in my mailbox and I was hooked from the first Om. I love the physical challenge of yoga, but it is the clarity, quiet, and joy cultivated through practice which draw me to the mat every day. I study and practice yoga and meditation with many talented instructors in Dallas and beyond. I completed my 200 hour teacher training with the exceptional Susie Caicedo and am RYT-200 certified through Yoga Alliance. I teach a vigorous vinyasa flow focusing on breath and alignment and hope to empower my students to increase their flexibility, strength and focus, on and off the mat.
Integrate breath, movement, alignment, strength and flexibility for a true Vinyasa experience. This uplifting and energizing class is suitable for beginners and challenging for practicing yogis. Class is practiced in a warm room (83-85 degrees) with no added humidity. (1 hour)
